Frequently asked questions
What we get asked most before getting started.
What exactly is an "AI agent" in Klya.ai?
It's a program with a language model at its core, equipped with real tools: it can query your data, generate documents, run automations and delegate to other specialized agents. It's not a chat that answers questions; it's a digital coworker that executes work and presents it for your approval.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is processed through AWS Bedrock and is not used to train third-party models. It lives encrypted at rest and in transit, on AWS infrastructure.
Can agents act without supervision?
The platform is designed with humans in command: final deliverables require approval, automations can include review pauses, and everything is audited. You decide how much autonomy each workflow gets.
How long does implementation take?
Standard modules are up and running in days: connect or import your data, configure permissions and start. Custom builds with the module builder usually take days to a few weeks, not months.
Does it integrate with my ERP / current system?
Yes. Klya.ai has a connections framework for ERPs (Odoo, for example), CRMs, email and other systems via API, plus its own API and webhooks.
Does Klya.ai replace my ERP?
It can, but it doesn't have to happen all at once. Many companies start by connecting their current ERP and running the areas where agents add the most — quoting, collections, documents — in Klya.ai, then migrate the rest module by module. Your data lives in your tenant from day one.
Which languages does it work in?
The platform and the agents operate in Spanish and English. Support is provided in both languages.
What if I need a module that doesn't exist?
Describe it to the module builder and the AI generates it: tables, views, KPIs and workflows. Then fine-tune it in the visual editor or request changes in natural language.
Where is my data hosted?
On Amazon Web Services, with encryption at rest and in transit. Your integrations' credentials are stored in secret vaults with least-privilege access.
